Cirque Beginner
Premiere: 6 intro to aerial and ground fitness classes per month.
Unlimited: Unlimited access to intro aerial, open gym, and all fitness classes
Aerial Training Levels 1-4
For absolute beginners, we highly recommend 4-8 intro aerial classes (1-2 months of intro training), with one of the above memberships, before moving into the level one class.
Aerial Membership: 1 weekly aerial class of your choice, levels 1-4.
**Option to add-on unlimited open gym access for extra practice with the Aerial + Open Gym Membership
Choose the 2X Membership for two aerial training sessions per week, and train multiple aerial apparatuses.
OR choose the Pro-Track Option to cross train a weekly aerial class with a weekly ground class (strength, flexibility, calisthenics, basic tumbling, dance, etc, and see quicker gains.
Intermediate/Advanced Options
SOAR Training: Aerial competition training, solo and ensemble work. Competes at annual SOAR competition.
Pa'Volar: Aerial Ensemble + Performance Production program training.
